About The Pastoral Hub
Practical support, without judgement
The Pastoral Hub is an independent UK information and signposting service for parents, carers and secondary-school staff.
It was created from experience of day-to-day pastoral work in secondary education: listening to young people, working with families and helping staff respond clearly to behaviour, attendance and wellbeing concerns.
It is not part of a school, NHS service or local authority. It does not diagnose conditions, manage individual cases or replace professional support.
Your privacy matters
Please do not send names or details about individual pupils, safeguarding cases, health conditions or other sensitive personal information.
Practical
Guidance should be clear enough to use in a real home or school, not just sound impressive.
Responsible
We make our limits clear, use trustworthy sources and place safeguarding before engagement or growth.
